Volodymyr Runchak termine en 1986 le conservatoire de Kyiv P.Tchaikovski , section compositeur, dirigeant et d'accordéon. En 1998, il crée un ensemble musical " Nouvelle musique en Ukraine".

The concert series "New Music in Ukraine" is a form of representation for music lovers of contemporary music by Ukrainian and world symphonic, chamber and instrumental music with the Chamber Ensemble "New Music in Ukraine" and leading domestic and foreign orchestras, ensembles, soloists and composers. A series of concerts are held in the best concert halls of Ukraine throughout the concert season. The artistic director is Ukrainian composer and conductor Volodymyr Runchak. Co-organizers are the National Ukrainian Music Union, along with diplomatic and cultural representatives of various countries of the world.
